The Stevens PTA and You

OUR MISSION

To create bonds within our school community and to promote educational opportunities for all of our children. The Stevens PTA is part of a larger national organization that works with our state and district units to advocate for school children through educational outreach, fundraising, and community involvement.

WHAT WE DO

At Stevens we host a variety of community events, provide support for teachers and enrichment opportunities for students, and encourage widespread participation in the life of our school.

  2. Volunteer your time and talents to any of our events

OUR PROGRAMS

Among the programs the Stevens PTA sponsors each year are the following:

  • Vocal music classes, fantastic school-wide concerts
  • Instructional Assistants who keep instructor/student ratios low
  • School directory to foster community among our families
  • After school enrichment programs to enhance learning in many areas
  • Classroom grants for all teachers to use in their classrooms
